Animal Safari

Taylor's parents were in town for the week! It was nice having them here, we had a lot of fun and some good laughs. Not to mention Phyllis' amazing Rices Crispies! They had to leave early this morning. While they were here we went to the Animal Safari. Tanner was able to get out of his car seat and hang out the window. He was so excited about being out of the car seat that he hardly noticed the animals trying to get him through the window.

This guy was crazy! He had the whole car screaming! He would just poke his head in side the car and go for what he wanted. Taylor and I had the food in my hand so he kept coming after us in the back seat!

Marty here, he was so sweet! He just ate the food out of my hand and let me pet him! First time ever petting a Zebra! I LOVED it! It made me want to take him home with us!

I'm Haley. I'm a wife, mother, and photographer. I have a loving family and wonderful friends. I have a little boy who lights up my world & I am very lucky to have an amazing husband who will do anything to make me happy. I live in San Antonio, Texas. Photography is my passion! I eat sleep and breath photography. My camera & Mac are my most important possessions. I've read the Twilight Saga 3 times. I have a strong opinion of movies and music. I've been told I am stubborn and spoiled. I am learning to walk in heals. I am obsessed with shopping for my son. I don't cook or clean. I have a border collie named Dexter. I want to adopt. I am 21.

My son Tanner was diagnosed with Alpha 1 a little over a year ago. When he was 9 months we went in for his well baby and the doctor noticed his liver was enlarged and centered. He was in the hospital for about a week, he had several needles stuck and poked into him, and a handful of CT scans. Right before his 1st birthday he was diagnosed with Alpha 1, which they figured out through blood work. After that we scheduled a biopsy of his liver to confirm. He defiantly try to get out of getting the biopsy by getting sick over and over again! After rescheduling 3 times he finally had it done and the biopsy confirmed he has Alpha 1. It was hard to see my child go through this but I'd say Taylor and I did a pretty good job at staying strong. As far as dealing with Alpha 1 he goes in for blood work every 6 months and so far so good!
