Happy Mother's Day

I forgot to mention why Tanner has a huge scratch on his eye! Let's just say it starts with a B and ends with a TUS! haha Yup, Brutus got him again! Him and Tanner were playing and Brutus jumped over him scratching his eye with his paw! He was fine after a few minutes of screaming, we got out the flash light and he was very excited about it. We check out his eye ball and it seems fine!

Speaking of Brutus, he is getting very large..I have not recent pictures because it's hard to get him in a picture! hah We are taking him to the vet this week so I will get back with a weight, I am thinking between 85-95 lbs.

The results from Tanner's blood work are not back as of this moment. Taylor may get them today while he is at work. As far as the visit, every thing seems fine. He is a surprisingly healthy little boy.

I'm Haley. I'm a wife, mother, and photographer. I have a loving family and wonderful friends. I have a little boy who lights up my world & I am very lucky to have an amazing husband who will do anything to make me happy. I live in San Antonio, Texas. Photography is my passion! I eat sleep and breath photography. My camera & Mac are my most important possessions. I've read the Twilight Saga 3 times. I have a strong opinion of movies and music. I've been told I am stubborn and spoiled. I am learning to walk in heals. I am obsessed with shopping for my son. I don't cook or clean. I have a border collie named Dexter. I want to adopt. I am 21.

My son Tanner was diagnosed with Alpha 1 a little over a year ago. When he was 9 months we went in for his well baby and the doctor noticed his liver was enlarged and centered. He was in the hospital for about a week, he had several needles stuck and poked into him, and a handful of CT scans. Right before his 1st birthday he was diagnosed with Alpha 1, which they figured out through blood work. After that we scheduled a biopsy of his liver to confirm. He defiantly try to get out of getting the biopsy by getting sick over and over again! After rescheduling 3 times he finally had it done and the biopsy confirmed he has Alpha 1. It was hard to see my child go through this but I'd say Taylor and I did a pretty good job at staying strong. As far as dealing with Alpha 1 he goes in for blood work every 6 months and so far so good!
